In between lessons we ate delicious gourmet meals together; vegetarian paella, butternut squash soup, seaweed and pumfu chickpea miso, kichadi with the most delicious sauce drizzled over the top, pumpkin cranberry oatmeal bake and more.

Melissa taught everyone how to make their own fermented vegetables and keifer at home in their own kitchen so that they could enjoy what we now know is most important for a healthy digestive system- DIVERSITY in organisms, more than you could ever get in a probiotic capsule.

Between chopping, chewing, slurping, and sipping we shared tips and new discoveries on how to best take care of our health.
At moments we were laughing so hard that our bellies hurt and our cheeks were wet with streaming tears.

Hope you can join us next time!
